For me, Polarity is a natural continuation of my yoga training. Learning how energy is the basis of everything in our world and beyond, has helped to deepen and enhance my teaching, my interaction with others, and every aspect of my life. Working from that energetic framework, I provide a safe space that allows for energy to move—whether it’s a client who feels depressed, needs to move and stretch, or is tensed up with a sore neck and shoulders—by releasing stuck energy, and enabling each individual to access their own balance, harmony and well-being.
